2003 AKITA SPECIALTY BANQUET MENU SELECT FORM

The Lone Star Akita Club of Houston would like to invite anyone interested in attending, to a Club Banquet at Steak & Ale Restaurant on Interstate 10W at Wilcrest Drive (11109 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079; Phone: 713-467-5050) on Saturday night, November 8, 2003 at 7:00pm with a social gathering beginning at 6:30pm. The banquet will aslo be featuring a Rescue Auction.

Dinner reservations, with menu choice, must be submitted no later than November 6, 2003. For your convenience, you may submit the dinner reservation via the online form found below or contact Celine Garman. Additionally, the club is accepting Pay Pal payments which should be submitted by November 3, 2003. Pay Pal payments will include a $2.00 handling fee. You may submit the form with the Cash option and pay Celine for the dinner the night of the banquet. Checks will not be accepted.

Note: All Entrée’s include a baked potato, salad bar, dessert and soft drink or tea; cost of dinner includes tax and gratuity.

Entrée #1 Top Sirloin - CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF™ center-cut sirloin. 12 oz.

Cost: $25.00

Entrée #2 - Signature Herb Roasted Prime Rib™
After seasoning each hand-trimmed loin, we slow-roast it for hours
to acheive peak tenderness. Served with au jus. 12 oz. or 16 oz.
Cooked: R, MR, M, MW, W
Cost: $27.00 for 12 oz and $30.00 for 16oz

 Entrée #3 - Stuffed Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp filled with our delicately seasoned crabmeat and seafood stuffing, then baked to perfection.
Cost: $26.00

 Entrée #4 - Hawaiian Chicken
Our marinade of pineapple juice, soy sauce and sherry wine flavors this grilled breast of chicken.
Cost: $22.00
